In part 2 of The Secret Of Weight Loss Self Hypnosis Techniques, I discussed 3 main factors that a self hypnosis CD/program has to address first in order to create a successful weight loss program. Those are the habits of eating less, eating better and exercising regularly. Once these 3 habits are programmed into your subconscious mind, your journey for a better shape and health will be much easier since you will have the full support of your powerful subconscious mind. No more struggle, no more wasted energy just trying to calm down your subconscious mind, how does that sound?
From my experience, apart from those factors, the best programs also needs to incorporate some additional self hypnosis techniques:
1. Parts Therapy Session. Basically this session will help you find the reasoning behind your self sabotaging behaviors in the past. This session will help you communicate with your inner parts and try to resolve the issues that they have over you wanting to lose weight. Once this is resolved, the new habits and patterns that are installed by your self hypnosis CD/program, will be easily integrated into your mind and you will get long lasting effect.
2. Metabolism Session. Your subconscious mind controls all your automated bodily functions such as blood flow rate, heart rate, hormones secretion etc. As such, with self hypnosis, you can easily increase your metabolism rate so that your body will burn fat faster. This eventually can help you lose weight faster.
3. Body Sculpting Session. Once you lose weight, it’s important for your mind to be able to accept your new body shape, so that you don’t revert back to your old body. This session will help in changing your internal image of your body.
Basically, these additional factors need to be incorporated into your weight loss self hypnosis program if you want a real breakthrough in your journey for weight loss. Finding a program that offers all these techniques can be like finding a needle in a haystack.
Fortunately, I have tried out various self hypnosis programs in the past and have found one that truly helped me in getting the body that I always want.
